Frequently Asked Questions

Life coaching bridges the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It provides structure, accountability, and support to help you achieve transformational results. Through action plans, insightful conversations, and encouragement, coaching helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Life coaching is for individuals who:
* Have struggled to achieve their desired results on their own.
* Want to make a change but don’t know how to start.
* Are navigating a major life transition and need guidance on their next steps.
* Feel lost, stuck, or lacking confidence in their personal or professional life.

Life coaching may not be the right fit for individuals who:
* Are not ready to take responsibility for their actions and reactions.
* Are experiencing depression or other psychological conditions that require clinical support.
* Expect someone else to solve their problems without personal effort.
* Regularly make excuses or blame others instead of taking action.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or off balance, coaching can help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and stay accountable. Whether you’re looking to break free from old patterns, regain motivation, or accelerate your progress, coaching offers a supportive and structured way to move forward.

Life coaching is a collaborative process. Unlike sports coaching, where you’re told what to do, life coaching helps you uncover your own answers. In our sessions, we will:
*Assess your current situation—what’s working well and what needs improvement.
* Explore powerful questions to gain deeper self-awareness.
* Set personalised goals that align with your vision.
* Develop action steps that feel achievable and aligned with your lifestyle.
Note – My approach is non-judgmental and supportive, helping you unlock your full potential while providing accountability and encouragement.

All sessions are conducted either by Phone or Online (Google Meet), making it easy and convenient to receive coaching from the comfort of your home or office.

Coaching is highly personalised, so we focus on what matters most to you. Common areas include:
Work-life balance and stress management
Career transitions and personal growth
Building confidence and self-worth
Navigating life changes and decision-making
Creating sustainable habits for well-being
No issue is too big or too small—if it’s important to you, we will work on it together.

Not all coaching programs are created equal. I trained with the Life Coaching Academy (LCA), an internationally recognised institution accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and recognised by the Australian Government for its high standards.
Beyond formal training, I have invested in extensive personal development through courses, workshops, seminars, and coaching certifications. My commitment to ongoing learning ensures that I bring the most effective tools and insights to support my clients.

Even though coaching is a collaborative process, it is up to you to take the action to create change, therefore I cannot guarantee specific results. However, I am confident that if you follow through with the process, you will experience meaningful progress.
If, after our initial session, you feel that coaching is not the right fit for you, a refund may be available under certain terms. Please reach out to discuss any concerns.

It is important to note that coaching and counselling are different
(even though they have some similarities, including the confidentiality and no judgement attributes)
